Our beautiful handmade pasta is available to order and comes in elegant Gourmet Gift Packs. Choose from Fettuccine, Maltagliata, Pappardelle or Mafaldine. Perfect for a quick meal when you prefer good quality food over fast food.
Using traditional Italian methods and a simple pasta machine, our pasta contains plain flour, semolina and water only – NO egg – suitable for vegans or those with egg intolerances.
Air dried and packed by hand, our pasta is lovingly made and you will taste the difference. With a very long shelf life, yet it cooks in minutes. Simply add your own preferred sauce. Check our Blog and Instagram pages for sauces, recipes and tips.
Bonus: did you know day-old cooked pasta becomes a source of fibre?
