You may never buy supermarket pizza bases again, when you see how easy it is to make pizza at home.  And the difference in texture and taste.


Learn to make fresh pizza dough in our small class where the maximum number of participants is 6.

Plus you learn to make a basic tomato sauce - one of the secrets to a great tasting pizza!


We’ll use the dough made ahead of time, as it needs time to prove and you take your dough home (a great way to repeat what you've learnt in class).


Then you will make your own pizza and eat it.


Pizza toppings will include a choice of:
Mozzarella cheese, salami, ham, pineapple, mushroom, olives, onion, anchovy, potato.


Pizzas will have tomato sauce as a base. Alternatively, you may like a "white pizza" with no tomato sauce, topped with potato, rosemary, cheese, garlic and oil.


Pizza dough will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days if stored correctly.
NB: bring a plastic container with lid to take your dough home in.

    Pizza base ingredients:
    Plain flour, yeast, salt, water.

    Flour contains gluten.

    This class is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets but NOT gluten free.
