Amelie went home today and as soon as she entered the house, went to the kitchen and started making the pizza dough, then she wrapped it in blankets like you said. Amazing. She remembered everything including the oven temperature.

Received this experience for my birthday from my partner. The techniques taught were clearly explained and all questions answered in a clear and concise way. We really enjoyed sitting down and eating the pasta we made with the group, which had the perfect consistency and flavour! Followed by a delicious tiramisu for dessert. Thank you both for your warm hospitality and for instilling a love of pasta, and a respect for hand made pasta in us both. Highly recommend the experience.

We had a great day learning to make ravioli with Silvana at Fifth Ave Italian cooking classes Katoomba. It took us approximately 2 hours to make 2 types of ravioli and 6 mins to cook them. Before sitting down and enjoying a lovely traditional Italian lunch. If only we had more time here to do and learn more. Recommend if you're looking to have an experience when in the Blue Mountains.

My wife and I did a ravioli making course and followed up the next weekend with a mushroom foraging day. Both experiences were a lot of fun. Silvana and her mother Maria went out of their way to make the days enjoyable which they were. The ravioli was very nice BTW.

Wow .. what an inspiring Italian cooking experience with the most generous teacher and host. I’m feeling confident now with making my own pasta, using a pasta machine, and making an amazing tasting sauce. I would sincerely recommend this Italian cooking course. I took my four little girls for a pasta class at Fifth Ave, and they had a ball. Very hands on lesson which seemed taylor made for my lot. Easy enough not to get into too much mess, and they actually ate their dinner for a change!
