calm & comfortable atmosphere

Silvana is a fab host, cook and teacher. My daughter absolutely enjoyed the ravioli making. They even catered to our vegetarian tastes. 

It was conducted in a very calm and comfortable atmosphere, it almost felt like home. 

Maria (Silvana’s mom) expertise and stories from Italy were lovely and enjoyable. 

Highly recommend this to everyone ... and it was a great bonding event for us. Thanks both!!"

charming hosts

My wife and I attended the Italian Christmas in July event. Everything about the event was perfect, charming and friendly hosts, delicious food and a wonderful location. We are looking forward to the next event and would recommend the events to everyone.

bountiful lunch

The highlight of our stay was the Pasta & Sauces class taught whilst we were there and the bountiful and magnificent Italian lunch afterwards. We learnt so much, we hope to be back soon and often.

fantastic gnocchi workshop

Best gnocchi class. I love these women, they bring authentic southern Italian cuisine to the table in a laid back home kitchen feel. AND SERIOUSLY THE BEST TIRAMISU EVER.

able to accommodate vegan

We did a cooking class with Silvana and Maria and had a WONDERFUL time! We had ages 4 to 67 all catered for and able to participate. Silvana also was able to accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets which was greatly appreciated! Sharing the meal we made with the ladies was a highlight and not to mention super tasty! We will definitely do this again when next in Katoomba or surrounds.
