When can I check in?
We are very flexible with check in and out times. Most of the time the house will be ready first thing in the morning, and late check outs are common. This makes us stand out from the crowd where you are OUT by 10am on the dot!
The exception to this is when we have back to back bookings in which case check out
is at 11am.

Can extra people stay?
The house can accommodate eight guests. Please note, unless otherwise stated, rates are based on four guests.
Only the number of people who have booked are permitted to sleep in the house. Due to strict cleaning protocols, other bedrooms will be locked. Booking additional guests once you have arrived at the house is possible. See Security Bond and House Rules.

What should I bring?
• Bread and any food you will eat.
• Layers of clothes inc. hat, scarf, gloves, sox, closed shoes, jacket
• See Home cooked meals  for our additional meal options available for purchase.
• See Amenities for what is provided for you.

Where do I pick up the keys from?
Self check in on the numbered keypad which is located to the right of the front door.
A code is texted to you on the day of your arrival.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is NOT permitted inside. Any smoking outside must ensure butts are fully extinguished and put in the bin. Fines apply as you are in a World Heritage Area.
For safety precautions, open flame candles, fires or gas or charcoal bbq are not permitted to be lit under any circumstances.
