Learn how to make pasta from scratch with flour, semolina and water. NO EGG. The result is silky melt in your mouth pasta topped with our delicious traditional Italian tomato based sauce.


These classes include what we make, plus some of our homemade and homegrown foods, freshly baked bread and accompanied by a glass or two of wine. End the meal with an Italian dessert and espresso for a truly Italian cooking experience you'll want to share with your friends and family!

Pasta and Sauce Making - Class

  • Pasta contains gluten and is made from plain flour and water only. Semolina is scattered over it for drying purposes. There is no egg.


    Sauce ingredients: olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, passata and herbs such as parsley, basil, bay leaf, rosemary and or oregano. Meat bones (beef, pork or chicken) are used for added flavour.


    Lunch will also include homemade olives; foraged mushrooms preserved in olive oil and vinegar; home-baked bread (wholemeal, cornmeal and plain flour); salads (tomato, bocconcini, basil, oregano, salt, oil, vinegar); sauteed greens (dandelion leaves, fennel and homegrown spinach and rapa).


    Desserts may contain gluten, eggs, dairy, coffee and chocolate. For example ricotta-filled cannoli, tiramisu, affogato.


    Please notify us at time of booking if there are any of the above ingredients you wish to have left out.
