Celebrate World Pasta Day at La Botte D'Oro with chef Gabriele Franco & home cook Silvana Franze. Make the dough, roll it and cut it into pappardelle by hand, then sit down to eat it with a simple tomato sugo and a glass of wine. Only 12 places. See link for full details

Please note: unless otherwise stated, our classes are held at Fifth Ave Katoomba, small and intimate, giving everyone plenty of time to master the skills demonstrated in person. Suitable to all abilities and ages from 7 up for most classes. Private classes may be arranged for your group, contact us for a detailed quote. The perfect experience to gift someone special.
We have been running southern Italian cooking classes since 2017, helping so many celebrate special occasions and milestone events. As well as small work groups for end of year celebrations, private lunches and more. If you love eating quality food without the noise of a restaurant, Fifth Ave Katoomba Retreat is the perfect choice. You will feel like you've been to Nonna's house for lunch – and after all, most excellent Italian restaurants have Nonna in their kitchen!
