On Thursday 16th April, two weeks after Easter, a special event will take place at La Botte D’Oro in Leichhardt, Sydney’s original Little Italy.
As one of the eating establishments under the Viva Leichhardt banner, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience the conviviality of Italian hospitality.
Chef Gabriele Franco and home cook Silvana Franze will present a hands on pasta making class in the restaurant for a limited number of guests.
This night will appeal for different reasons. Some will be taken back to their childhood, reconnecting to their heritage and remembering how their Nonna would make pasta by hand. And how good did the kitchen smell!!
Some will look forward to a great night out with their friends, over a glass of wine in a wonderful venue.
And others might take the opportunity to have a date night with a difference.
Even the locals might like to try their hand at making pasta!
Learn to make fettuccine, pappardelle or spaghetti. Then sit back and enjoy the delicious range of foods at the grazing table. Whilst the chef will cook the pappardelle for everyone.
The perfect way to spend a weeknight. And guests will receive their very own rolling pin and recipe card to take home.
Seats are limited. Book online at bit.ly/BotteDoroPastaClass
This event is a collaboration between Fifth Ave Katoomba Retreat and La Botte D'Oro.
