Once August hits, I know I should be planning my Christmas shopping because we know how time flies by, but I've told family I'm not doing gifts anymore, preferring to give them experiences, food or my time – so that's that. However, it doesn't mean I can put my feet up just yet. If you're planning on fitting in some of our Italian cooking classes or joining our special events before the end of the year, whether on your own or with someone near and dear, here are our dates to December 2025.

Please note: held at Fifth Ave Katoomba, our class sizes are small and intimate, giving everyone plenty of time to master the skills demonstrated in person. Suitable to all abilities and ages from 7 up.

*We make and provide all food to The Factory Bar – Katoomba's newest Gin Bar, as a collaboration between our two small businesses. Numbers are capped at around 25, with a minimum of 10 needed to go ahead. Confirmation is sent two days prior to event date.
