We know that the Mediterranean diet is one of the best in the world when it comes to longevity, vitality and delicious food.  But did you know how it could improve and benefit your eyes?

This June, join us in a relaxed environment at Fifth Ave Katoomba Retreat where Dr Jenny Livanos, Holistic Optometrist, will give insights into combining natural eye care with healthy home cooking/eating.  


We will demonstrate a few simple Italian meals using seasonal homegrown vegetables. You just might be inspired to grow your own. And for those who prefer to support their local Farmers Markets or co-ops, know that you are helping to build up your local community, whilst improving your overall well-being.
