As the year starts racing ahead and the holiday feeling fades, there are always plenty of events to choose from when it comes to what's on in the Blue Mountains. To help narrow down your choices, here are some of our upcoming events that have become popular over the years, plus a few exciting new ones. Adult and Child Pizza Making Class

April 15 12.00 til 2.30 pm Want to make the perfect pizza at home with all your favourite toppings?

The secret is in the pizza dough, and a great tasting tomato sauce!

Ravioli Making Class

April 19th

10.30 am - 2.30 pm

Learn how to make ravioli from scratch with our NO-EGG pasta dough. The result is light ravioli that cook in minutes and practically melt in your mouth! You will never buy store-bought ravioli again, guaranteed.



Mushrooming Day Trip

April 28th Hampton State Forest 9.00 am - 3.00 pm Meet us at Minni HaHa Falls Reserve and drive to the forest for a day of foraging. Lunch will be provided.

Pasta and Sauce Making Class

May 4th and 8th

10.30 am - 2.30 pm

Learn how to make pasta from scratch with flour, semolina and water. NO EGG.

Optimising Eye Health Naturally with the Mediterranean Diet

2nd June 11.00 am - 3.00 pm Dr Jenny Livanos, Holistic Optometrist, will be discussing the best foods and lifestyle for healthy eyesight and how to prevent and assist eye diseases like cataracts, dry eyes and macular degeneration. Prevention and early intervention through a natural, whole-food, colourful diet can help keep your eyes healthy and focus sharp. Join us in a relaxed environment at Fifth Ave Katoomba Retreat, where we will demonstrate a few Italian meals using seasonal homegrown veggies that may also inspire you to grow your own. The Fine Print:

• Cooking classes require a minimum of four participants to go ahead. They will be capped at eight participants. Day Trips require a minimum of four participants to go ahead. They will be capped at fifteen participants. Optimising Eye Health event will be capped at 15 participants. All dates will be confirmed two days prior. You will receive confirmation of your spot on receipt of payment.
