It’s in the sauce. Keep it fresh, simple and proportional.

• Avoid heavy creams, mayonnaise and cheeses.

• Don’t drown the pasta in sauce.

• Coat the pasta well, followed by a small dollop on top is plenty.

For quick and simple comfort food, you can’t go past a good plate of homemade pasta.
