Items marked with a double asterisk ** in the menu below will be made in class, giving you first hand knowledge of what to do and how it should taste. 

 

We will also teach you how to make a pesto sauce without nuts. 

 

Regarding allergies, we do not use nuts in any of our cooking. 


When it comes to gluten free, most of our own traditional dishes, apart from pasta and bread, are gluten free, with a big emphasis on vegetables. 


As you are wanting accommodation, the class will be held during the day starting at 10.30 am so that we sit down for lunch around 12.30ish. 

 

You may choose to do the class either on Saturday 14th October so you can relax afterwards.

 

Or on Sunday 15th October so that you check out at the end of the class. We finish at 2.30 pm approximately.
