All our pastas are made from plain flour and water only. No egg. The pasta is hand cut and packaged into elegant white bags. Air dried so it will keep for ages in your pantry – 1 year plus! Cooking instructions included.  We recommend 80g per person. Perfect with a Ragu sauce as shown in photo (not included). Email us for the recipe.
