Foraged in the local State forest, our jars contain a mix of Slippery Jack, Saffron Cap and Grey Knight mushrooms. Preserved in top-quality olive oil, salt, chilli, garlic and homegrown herbs such as oregano, fennel fronds and bay leaf. The entire contents are suitable for consumption including the oil.

Ideal to add to your risotto, or top your pasta or pizza. Or simply on crunchy bread. Delicious!
