Made from top quality olive oil, homegrown chillies and a teaspoon of salt. Picked by hand, the chillies are carefully washed and laid out in the sun to dry. Traditional methods are used – threading the chillies by hand and then hanging up to dry.
The salt helps preserve the chillis and the oil is ideal when drizzled over pasta, pizza or any of your favourite meals. Heat intensity varies from mild to hot.
