Learn how to make THREE delicious Italian sauces in our traditional style. You'll be surprised how quick and easy they are, which you can make at home to top your favourite pasta dish.


Choose from Napoli, Norma, Mushroom (with or without tomato), Pesto, Alio-Olio, Fresh Tomato and Ragu.

We'll get to try one of these sauces for lunch with a plate of homemade fresh pasta. End the day with a dessert and espresso for a truly Italian cooking experience you'll want to share with your friends and family!

Three Sauces - Class

  • Please note some of our sauces include meat bones for flavour but may be left out if requested.


    Pasta contains gluten.


    Desserts may contain gluten, eggs, dairy, coffee and chocolate. For example ricotta-filled cannoli, tiramisu, affogato.


    Please notify us at time of booking if there are any of the above ingredients you wish to have left out.


    Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

  • All sauces include olive oil, onion, garlic, salt and herbs such as parsley, basil, bay leaf, rosemary and or oregano.

    All of the above and passata. Meat bones (beef, pork or chicken).

    Fresh Tomato
    As per Napoli, but fresh tomatoes instead of passata. No meat or meat bones.

    Eggplant, capers, ricotta salata cheese (optional).


    Button mushrooms, brown mushrooms, porcini mushrooms and passata (optional).


    Parsley or basil, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic and walnuts or chestnuts (optional).

    Garlic, olive oil, fresh parsley and chilli flakes (optional).


    Slow-cooked beef or pork, carrot, celery, nutmeg.
