Learn how to make THREE delicious Italian sauces in our traditional style. You'll be surprised how quick and easy many of them are, which you can make at home to top your favourite pasta dish.
Choose from Napoli, Norma, Mushroom (with or without tomato), Pesto, Alio-Olio, Fresh Tomato and Ragu (this takes three hours to cook).
We'll get to try as many of these sauces as you want for lunch with a plate of homemade fresh pasta. Accompanied with bread and wine.

Three Sauces - Class
Please note some of our sauces include meat bones for flavour but may be left out if requested.
Pasta contains gluten.

All sauces include olive oil, onion, garlic, salt and herbs such as parsley, basil, bay leaf, rosemary and or oregano.
Napoli
All of the above and passata. Meat bones (beef, pork or chicken).
Fresh Tomato
As per Napoli, but fresh tomatoes instead of passata. No meat or meat bones.
Norma
Eggplant, capers, ricotta salata cheese (optional).Mushroom
Button mushrooms, brown mushrooms, porcini mushrooms and passata (optional).Pesto
Parsley or basil, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic and walnuts or chestnuts (optional).
Aglio-Olio
Garlic, olive oil, fresh parsley and chilli flakes (optional).Ragu
Slow-cooked beef or pork, carrot, celery, nutmeg.
