It's January 1st, 2020. So I thought I'd clean my oven.

After all, it would be unfair to have my oven to go through another year of not being able to see clearly. A new day, a new vision – may it bring on lots of new and exciting cooking experiences for me and many others :)

Next stop, the beach.
