About the Event

Book into our School Holiday Family Ravioli class and learn how to make ravioli from scratch. Our dough contains NO EGG. The result – light fluffy pillows that cook in minutes and practically melt in your mouth. You may never buy store-bought ravioli again.

You will make TWO types of fillings (listed below). Served in our delicious traditional Italian tomato-based sauce or a delicately light vegetable broth.

These classes include what we make, plus some of our homemade and homegrown foods, freshly baked bread and accompanied by a glass or two of wine. Plus juice or water for the kids. Guaranteed you will try this again at home.
