Pizza Making Class
You may never buy supermarket pizza bases again, when you see how easy it is to make pizza at home. And the difference in texture and taste. Learn to make fresh pizza dough in our small class where the maximum number of participants is 8.

About the Event
We’ll use the dough we make earlier, as it needs time to prove and you take your dough home (a great way to repeat what you've learnt in class). Then you will make your own pizza and eat it. Or take it home for dinner!Pizza toppings will include a choice of: Mozzarella cheese, salami, ham, pineapple, mushroom, olives, onion, anchovi, potato.
Pizzas will have tomato sauce as a base. Alternatively, you may like a "white pizza" with no tomato sauce, topped with potato, rosemary, cheese, garlic and oil.
Time permitting, you will also learn to make a quick tomato sauce for the pizza base.
Pizza dough will keep refrigerated for up to 5 days if stored correctly.
