Join our Mushroom Foraging Event where we visit Hampton State Forest under the expert guidance of my mother Maria. She has a life time experience of gathering mushrooms on her parents’ property, pickling and cooking them.

About the Event
As part of this event, we will: • provide snacks on the day of foraging • demonstrate how to prepare, store and cook mushrooms back at the house • offer you some of our traditional and delicious freshly made foods that may include flat breads, zucchini flowers and arancini, as well as some of our “finds” - to keep you going for your drive home! • plus you take home what you find.
NB: Meet at our place and you drive yourself to the forest. We will have room for two passengers in our car.
