Learn how to make pasta from scratch with flour, semolina and water. NO EGG. The result is silky melt in your mouth pasta topped with our delicious traditional Italian tomato based sauce, which you also learn to make in class. This class includes what we make, plus some of our homemade and homegrown foods, freshly baked bread and accompanied by a glass or two of wine.
