About the Event

Learn how to make pasta from scratch with flour and water. NO EGG. We'll show you how to fold and cut the pasta sheets by hand, using every day kitchen items, just like my Nonna used to do. The result is silky melt-in-your-mouth pasta topped with our delicious traditional Italian tomato based sauce, which you also learn to make in class. The perfect class to start with, giving you the basics to pasta and sauce making which you can use at home to make different pasta types, including lasagna, ravioli and more.



Class size is capped at six so everyone gets individual attention. We will sit down as a group afterwards to enjoy lunch. Wine and waters are included. Espresso coffee will be offered to end the day with – a very Italian finish to any good meal.
