About the Event
In this class, we will share our years of knowledge and skill with you in an informal class setting. You will learn to:
• make the biscuit dough
• prepare the filling* • shape the biscuits and add the finishes touches • be involved in the baking process if you wish
Class is followed by tea or coffee and your freshly baked biscuits. You'll love the rich filling encased in a light dough, perfect for this time of year at Christmas.
A hands-on class suitable for everyone aged 12+
