About the Event
Join us for "Italian Night" at The Factory Bar for a taste explosion of the best of our traditional appetisers from southern Italy. The perfect start to any great meal and ideally suited to the range of cocktails on offer^.
We make all food by hand based on our traditional methods, using fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, good quality olive oil and homegrown herbs.
Menu inclusions:
Starters: Zucchini fritters Tasting ramekins to share with Artichoke Dip, Chilli Oil, Olive Paste, Marinated Wild Mushrooms Freshly baked bread.
Main: Lasagna - mince pork and veal*, peas, egg, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato based sauce, hand made pasta sheets.
