Gnocchi Making Class
Learn how to make gnocchi from scratch with potatoes and flour. NO EGG. The result is light fluffy gnocchi which are hard to beat! Plus we'll make our delicious traditional Italian tomato based sauce. If time permits, we'll also serve a few gnocchi with an oil and herb sauce.
