As part of the Blue Mountains Equinox Festival, we'll bring our culture and customs to you, providing a range of our traditional southern Italian foods. A taste experience over the course of two hours. 

Try roast capsicum on bruschetta, gluten-free stuffed zucchini and pesto filled button mushrooms.

Mouth watering olive tapenade from our 40 year old trees – and morsels of bococcini basil and tomato. Just to list a few.

Plus Limoncello shots and crispy cannoli filled with comforting ricotta to wrap up a memorable event.

Included is a short cooking demonstration, where you will learn tips and tricks on how to easily recreate at home. Talk about engaging the senses!
