Learn to make stuffed vegetables baked in the oven. We use seasonal produce, often homegrown, with a stuffing of breadcrumb, parmesan cheese, egg and rice. Drizzled with olive oil, and some of our homemade tomato sauce, these baked vegetables are a meal on their own!
While they are cooking, we'll snack on appetisers followed by a sit down meal including a fresh salad and ending with a light dessert. Plus tea or espresso coffee.

Stuffed Vegetables Class
Vegetables range from mushroom, eggplant, capsicum, tomato, zucchini and zucchini flower.
Stuffing: rice, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, egg, salt, homegrown herbs such as parsley or basil.
